Honey of various blossoms
Since this honey is produced from the nectar
of different blossoms it contains pollen of varying groups
and its colour ranges from light yellow to dark brown. This
honey is valuable because of its capacity to destroy micro
organisms that make deceases chronicle. It contains substances

American doctor Dr. W. G. Peterson brought about a cure or
improved condition of about 20 000 of patients who had allergies
giving them honey that was gathered in about 10 km around
the patient's residence. This method was based on the principle
that negligible quantity of allergen substances found in honey
becoming active rise the defensive power of the human body.
Dr. Peterson proposed to start with a teaspoon of honey in
the morning increasing the dosage up to ten teaspoons. It
is important to keep honey natural and not to expose it to
filtration.

Linden honey
Linden honey has slightly yellow colour, nice
