Our enterprise "Vinnis" is located in Cesis - on of the most picturesque and historical towns of a Baltic State Latvia.
Latvia is situated in northern Europe on the eastern shore of the Baltic Sea, and it borders two other Baltic States: Estonia in the north and Lithuania in the south. Its territory - 64, 589 sq. km (24, 938 sq. miles) - is approximately as large as the Republic of Ireland in Europe, West Virginia in America or Tasmania in Australia.

Latvia's capital city Riga straddles the river Daugava. The population of Latvia is 2 375 300, and that of Riga - 815 900.
Almost a half of Latvia's territory is covered by forests, 40% is used for agriculture and only 4% consists of towns, villages and roads. There are lots of lakes and rivers, waterfalls, caves and sandstone deposits along them. The long Baltic Sea coast (493 km, 308 miles) provides with great variety of scenery: pinewoods, golden sand dunes, rocks and pieces of amber that are washed ashore after the storms. That is why the Baltic Sea locally is also called the Amber Sea - Dzintarjura.
Nevertheless there is no statistical data that could ever reveal the beauty of our country. The purity of our nature, the sound of our folksongs, the taste of our ryebread with honey can reveal it the best.

“Vinnis Ltd.” is a friendly, responsive and dutiful team of seven people working together since summer of 1997. We purchase and package honey, produce various honey delicacies and garnishes and distribute our products to the stores and wholesale warehouses.

Our current production is divided into two groups:

Natural honey

Considering our consumers' desires and different needs we provide various kinds of honey. All of it is natural, remedial, dietary and ecological. There are no additives, preserves, artificial flavouring or colourings added. Latvian beekeepers are our major suppliers, but we also import honey from other countries. It gives our consumers an opportunity to choose from a larger variety of honey and competitive prices.

Honey delicacies

Dried fruit, nuts and seeds mixed with honey make a delicious and nutritious product. Honey delicacies are rich in vitamins, amino acids and essential minerals, they combine unique remedial qualities of honey with wholesomeness of dried fruit, nuts and seeds.

All of our products are made using our own original recipes and following our motto - "Titbit for your health". We always seek optimum quality to provide consumers with the ultimate choice of wholesome and delicious products.

New and modern production site along with integrity of our employees' guaranty manufacturing of products that meet the standards and normative acts of Latvia and Europe. Our production site and all of our products have been certified by State Veterinary Administration and LATSERT. HACCP system has been introduced in our company. It guarantees that only top quality products find their way to our customers. We also work on obtaining ISO certificate.

Over a relatively short period of time our products have won consumers recognition in Latvia as well as abroad. Tokens of "Vinnis" products are our quality design and logo of the company. You can find our products in every store and wholesale warehouses in Latvia. We have also started export of our products and they have been approved by consumers in other countries.
Constantly developing our production process we generate new quality products. We plan to expand our production and augment the stuffing levels in the foreseeable future.
